Said he was from Google, obviously a scam, he sent an email after I hung up on him advising me to close my business, used my mobile number from the yellow pages ad as his, the email came through the yellow pages link

Go Guide/GoogleGuide ... couldn't understand clearly (never can) they phone me EVERY SINGLE DAY ... regardless of how pleasant I am, or how forcefully I reject their offer of a great package deal for my company they continue to phone ... every day is a different telephone number ... EVERY SINGLE DAY I tell them to take me off their list .... EVERY SINGLE DAY I get a call from them. I am over it and strongly suspect scam tactics.

Received a call from Karla who initially stated she was from Google Maps, and that they had a photographer coming to the area. On furhter questioning, they are not from Google, nor been asked to canvas our area by google. Simply this is a photographers assistant, trying to book paid visits to do 360 degree shots of our retail shop. For a mere $299 and up depending on our size. As they have used misleading practice to start the call (claiming to be 'from' Google StreetView initially) then I will assume everything they are doing is a scam.

This is just an assistant trying to book paid jobs for a photograher.

The people calling from this number are probably the rudest, illiterate n uncivilized race. They call me EVERY F DAY n I keep asking them to stop but it's all unheard of. They are absolutely obnoxious! I wud kill them if they were in front of me, that's how much they have irritated me.

Called offering Google Street View services. Something which my own business offers to clients so had obviously never been to our website. They would not tell me who they were exactly or how they obtained my personal mobile number which is published nowhere on the web. When asked about this they continued to lie and say that they found it on Google My Business and after I refuted that they insisted that they had found it on our website.

Got call from a USA accent woman called said something about google photographer , I asked , which company you call from ? She replied - I have just said, don’t you understand? ? Then I said no I did not get , then she Hangup! wow !

Hahahaha... just had them call. I had read your comment the last time they called, so I was prepared. Said she was from Google. I questioned this and she admitted she wasn't from Google, but acting on behalf of a photographer (as Google don't have time to contact businesses..... wtf?) I got her to confirm that she was acting on behalf of a freelance photographer. Asked the cost, and she said it depended on size of business and number of photo's. Let her go on a bit before I said we weren't interested (again!).

call the general office line asking for the owner - tell them its run out of Sydney and they hang up - rude to say the least. number calls every second day!

Yeah, this number called and I presumed it was spam.
I called it back and the number was disconnected.

Have been called by this number several times in the last month. Each time I answer they are always talking to someone else (coworker?) in a foreign language (malaysian? philipino?) and then return their attention to me. Identifies herself as "Anna" or "Amanda" on behalf of vodafone (I am not a customer). They seem to know my name etc (although it's a business number and the business name/number are publicly listed, my name is not...so they must have done some ABN lookups aswell) They keep calling back even though I tell them I'm not interested. The last time (this morning) they called I told them they had called the wrong number...at which point she let out a growl "Arrrrrrgggghh!!!" and then hung up. I refuse to believe that trained call centre staff could be that rude. My guess is that it is a scam to get personal info. Wondering if everyone that has received a call from them have some sort of a business?

Rang and asked to arrange a meeting with their consultant regarding my business phone provider. Claimed to be from Vodafone and that they were looking at all businesses in my area and visiting the area tomorrow.

Rang asking about mobile phone provider and not a sales call...
I advised not interested...
