constantly calls no messages or speaking

I think it is a Telemarketer call trying to offer a "Lifestyle Wealth Package" with better offers to lower mortgage for income earners.

They are using global carrier, Symbio Networks Pty Ltd. Symbio owns and operates Australia's largest IP Voice network, delivering complete coverage throughout Australia and New Zealand.

This received phone number might originate from anyway in Australia, and not necessarily be coming from Melbourne.

SCAM. told me some lie about recieving $450 off my mortgage.

Called me 6:35pm left no message.

I called back number (03) 8595 2561 spoke to a woman doing telemarketing for a company called RP australia.

Same thing - I answered and after a pause I just heard a click. No-one spoke. Based on Sam's comment I have just added the number to my "Pest" list and blocked them (thanks Sam). Perhaps Symbio is checking on behalf of all the other telemarketers that I have blocked in the last 3 months (... current count is 15, some of whom have used 3 or 4 different numbers so far to try & call). It's an annoying game to play, but the phone is relatively quiet for now.

I called back number (03) 8595 2561 spoke to a woman but did not say from what company she was. A possible telemarketer based on the background noise.

Calls me about once a week and hangs up when I answer.
