The Do Not Call register does not apply to political calls, it's mainly for 'unsolicited marketing calls'. "Some public interest organisations, such as registered charities, political parties and educational institutions, can still contact numbers on the register. This ensures these organisations can continue to provide valuable services to the community." If you have a problem with them calling you, just ask them not to and they won't call again.

Very polite, pleasant caller, wanting to encourage a yes vote. After I hung up, I got a text message with a link to where my nearest post box is, so I can be sure to post the survey back!

Not happy should teach people how to talk. I received a call no explanation of who this person is or represented just " hi do u support marriage equality " So I questioned who he was what he wanted he got annoyed hung up after telling my I'm just reading a script lady. For future I don't answer random stranger calls who r rude and can't explain who they are.

More spam from the same-sex marriage 'yes" camp. I'm gonna call the 'no' mob now to find out how I can help them.

YES vote lobbyists invading the privacy of the ordinary person while they shove their fictitious "inequality" and gender theory crud down everyone's throats (no pun intended).
