I called back and got a recorded message to say they are closed, I was given an option of pressing 4 for a call back or 5 to be removed from their dialling list. I just blocked the number instead.

He was laughing while trying to say my name and where he is calling from.

I called back number (03) 8579 6794 rang 5 times then goes to busy tone.
