Caller: Next Step - supposedly fund raising

I said I wasn’t interested in any fund raising and hung up.

Caller: Scammer

Like everyone else mentioning this number, a scam call. Suggest you block the number.

This is the 2nd call today from numbers I am not familiar with - when I check on this very helpful site it seems that all of the calls we receive on our fixed home phone line are from charities seeking money. There are a number each day.

I let the call from this number go thru to answermachine but when I don't answer they just hang up.
Pain in the you know what.

This number has called 5 times since 12 January - calling it for a scam

Recorded Australian voice that clearly has someone listening in because it hangs up as soon as you indicate you know it’s a pre recorded message.

The call went to the answering machine but they left no message.

I also received a call from this number (03) 8588 3916 yesterday, went to answering machine, no message left.

I wish the Govt would do something about this problem, as my phone is for my own personal use, no one else's.

They call up to 4to 5 times a day every day go an get a real job Mate .you piss me off.

Thank you for the comments above. Fortunately I did not answer as I tend not to answer calls on my mobile where I am not able to identify the caller. No message left. Now that I am back in the office and I have an office phone it is easier to screen these unidentified calls from work related calls. Always wary when location comes up Clayton (Vic) or Dandenong (Vic).

Caller: Supposedly Next Step charity

Woman with Australian accent. I interrupted her spiel and asked her to take my number off their database and she laughed at me. Absolute scum. I am so sick of these calls. The do not call register does nothing.

They just hung up when I answered 🤷🏻‍♀️

Call was missed and went to voice mail, though no message left. The authorities would do well just permanently disconnecting all phone numbers put on these lists completely.

Lowlife scammers. I blocked a number only yesterday when these cretins butted into my evening and it seems that this is another of the numbers they use to make people's lives a misery. Now I have to unblock another number so that I can add this one.

Got the scam call today, avoid like the plague

2nd Clayton (Vic) number that’s started calling me after 8pm (Qld). This number started calling after I blocked their other number - (03) 8588 3916

They ring and soon as you say hello they hang up.

fundraising centre scam

This number keeps ringing including a couple of other similar numbers. It called about 6 times today. No message on answering machine.

Defo a spam call claiming to be a Charity, asked how much they were giving me, they hung up
