Caller: Call from 1st Energy VERY rude man called me back after I disconnected the first call, he was 'telling me off' as I moved from 1st Energy to Origin, during the first call I tried to tell him I was feeding pets (at 6.40pm) but he just ranted at me - I realize it was after 6.30 and he probably has had a hard day/week but don't call people at meal times and rant at then because they are busy with meals!!!!!
