This woman would not let my boyfriend into the reception area so my BF could not press a the intercom to our apartment. He was outside at midnight for over an hour in the rain and cold.
No customer service, rude and shouting.
Worst service.
She did not even call me to allow me to go downstairs to. Open the door for me.
