If anyone is interested in making a complaint. I get a lot of calls from their (03) 8521 numbers in Clayton Victoria. The numbers range (so far) from (03) 8521 1620 to (03) 8521 1667

CALL CENTRE SOLUTIONS (AUS) PTY LTD (ABN 24 613 076 734) also trades under the following business names:
The Wine Group
Wine Concierge Service
Oak Road Estate
Top Drop Wines

I have blocked 17 numbers so far and will not answer any call from 03 8521. If you are interested in making a complaint around these callers (yes they have been fined before and continue to offend), refer to the article below.

If they call me after 30 November, I will be reporting them to ACMA (Australian Communications and Media Authority). I may even accept one call and see if they do comply with the industry standards. If not an immediate complaint to ACMA will follow.

Caller: Oak Road Estate

When calling using this company, part of Call Centre Solutions, the numbers are from a range beginning 02 7808. When asked to not call my number and record it as not to be called, he just persisted in his spiel. Come 30 November when the 30 day wait time to block calls becomes effective, I will make a formal complaint against CALL CENTRE SOLUTIONS if any of these numbers calls. I hope repeat offences draw an even bigger fine.

I have started blocking the different numbers that call. Sometime 4-5 times a day. Surely this is harrassment! I am so over it!

Caller: Wine Group pests

Please make a complaint about this Wine Group pest aggressively flogging dreadful wine. They have been fined yet persist. They are wilfully ignoring my number being on the “do not call register”, and wilfully ignored direct requests to bugger off and never call again. The wine group is now call my phone number up to 5 times per day, even though I have blocked their calls using software for over a year. Unbelievably bad corporate behaviour! Currently they are calling on a block of (?spoofed) numbers (03) 8521 16xx, 0482 099 3xx, 0420101xxx, and 0420100xxx. Additionally they have used mobile numbers starting with 0488 and 0485.

Caller: Oak Road wine Company

The wine sales team ring me every week and it's always the same guy but the dill uses a different name each time thinking I won't notice. I think this company is corrupt.
