Didn't answer and call went to voicemail. Recording left was just background noises of a call centre. Assume it was a marketing call?

I got a call from this number. I answered it and there was a delay in anyone speaking at the other end (typical of telemarketers), but just when I was hanging up, I heard someone say hello and my name. How did that person know my name?!
