Caller: supposedly it was 'Ashley' from Deal Time

she claimed to be 'ashley' from 'deal time' - after the call i tried to find such an organisation and couldn't. she knew my name and called about saving on my energy costs. i don't have any energy accounts in my name and haven't for many years. she refused to say where/how they got my number, refused to put me through to a manager, insisted that a manager 'john' would call me back but 'john' never did. they rang me 4 times over the last 2 days and i managed to get to the phone on their 4th attempt

Calling after 7:30 PM from. One of a bank of ‘Victorian’ numbers. I didn’t answer. No message! Blocked number.

Why do these numbers get through the No call filter??!!
