I believe this is a scam they ring you but then you are placed 7th in a cue after about 5minutes a voice comes on confirms your name and then says they will connect you to a RAA contact. then you gat a blank line for a minutes hey guess what you're placed 7th in a cue again. at best they are playing you at worst they are tracking you

Answered the phone. Heard voices in the distant background, sounded like a call centre. No one spoke. I hung up.
