Got a call from this number but they hung up as soon as I answered

Some Indian telemarketer
Selling scam insurance. Had my name though and ringing mobile. So must have access to numbers

I answered straight away and they had hung up.

Selling something.
I say goodbye and hang up...

Half ring tone,then straight to 101 voicemail. All they say on 101 is hello, hello. Scammer.

They call then hang up after I say my name.

They had my full name - said is this blah blah then hung up.
I'm concerned - why do they know my name?
