Caller: some energy marketeer

was trying to sell me some energy contract and when I said that I never participate in tele-marketing he said it was not tele-marketing while clearly it was. So I said goodbye and hung up.

Rang twice. I didn't answer the first time but when i answered the second time they just hung up.

Said they were calling regarding my electricity bill - since I always paid on time they could give me a discount - except I am currently late on my bill (just got back from a months holiday) - I think this was a scam
