Called about electricity discounts. Is a scammer

Called twice a couple of days apart and no message left. After reading the comments left by others, I blocked the number.

Rang back and cut off.

Multiple calls. Never any message left. Read comments and blocked them

Missed call. Tried calling back but user busy. Blocked
