Coles online telling me item/s were missing from yesterday's click and collect order. Sure enough double check and we haven't received frozen. Message did say to call back and they'd give a credit but needed credit card details to confirm, which I'm uncomfortable with. Have reported short 'delivery' online instead.

Sounded very unprofessional, didn't introduce themselves and asked for too much identification. Maybe I am too suspicious with all the ID theft happening

The Coles Online manager in Melbourne rang to kindly explain about a refund of a product l had returned to my local store in Sydney today.
A product substituted for one l had ordered in my online shopping, wasn't suitable.
He was very polite and very helpful.
An unexpected, but much appreciated call.
