Tnt shipping, investigation department, it is a voip number

Missed the call from this number. Call back and telstra says it isn't connected. How is it possible to miss a call from a number that isn't connected?

When they cannot deliver your package they call you from this number. Its legitimate. You just have to contact their customer support and get your delivery sorted.

Got a call too, Telstra said disconnected when I rang back. New a name connected with my number (not mine though) and sounded like a busy call centre in background!

Investigation department. You’ve probably important something illegal and they want to question you about it.

TNT customer service line, it is a no call back number tho.

Very frustrating when TNT do not leave a message. Especially when they keep sending emails every day saying that the parcel missed its scheduled delivery time. I sort of know that already.

Just had a call from this number, no message left, and same issue as above - "optus regrets to advise that the number you have dialled is disconnected". means it is from a call centre that you can't dial directly and have to go through a 1300 or 1800 number and then can't call their "landline" back. hope they call again so I can blast them!

I called back number (03) 8347 3500 rang 3 times then goes to busy tone.
