Nuisance call Rings and hangs up on answering

Do not answer unknown calls, that will frustrate the bastards....leave your answering machine on all the time and wait for the caller to say something and of course do not call back... curiosity killed the cat and they will keep calling you.

Got this missed call around 9:30pm. After reading comments, I added them to auto-reject. For those with phones with such cabability, and want to know how, click the number in your call logs, and press the options 'hamburger' or three dot up the top right and corner. Navigate your way to auto-reject. Cheaper smart phones may not have this feature, so you'll need to manage an installed blocking app. Use 'App Brain' app to find the best rated GP market apps, then find one without ads, or in app purchaces, or any other dodgy permissions. Most will want to use a phones contacts, but that does not mean your contacts are necessarily sent of to a marketing troll, it's just the app uses it to manage incoming calls, and block others etc. I know, because I had a Galaxy Core Prime, but use a Note 4 which has blocking option, as have all Samsungs flagship phones.

They call and hang up as soon as u pick up ! Very annoying wish they stop calling

It sounded like Mrs. Doubtfire on the line and she wanted to discuss my bank service.
The call came in at 8:25pm, I told her she had the wrong number and hung up.

I also received a call from this no I answered and they hung up on me I googled the number it came to here

I was very annoyed

Used my phones systems and have blocked them from calling my mobile or leaving texts.
Don't care, it's 8pm and I'm home

This number calls me every day & sometimes multiple times a day! I never answer. I'm so sick of it - I'm blocking them after reading these comments. Thanks.

Called me at 7.45 pm, I didn't answer. Out of curiousity I rang back, get a recording saying they are Roy Morgan Research.

I think this is a debt collector as my mobile is on the do not call register for them

Answered the call, they hung up the moment I answered.
