Indian accent - male. Roy Morgan research. Sick of the unwanted scammers whilst paying for silent line and registered with DNC. Come on Telstra, activate call blocking !!! Next time my politeness will be forgotten and I will teach these low lives a few new words.

Missed the call, but going on past feedback, dont care whether it is Roy Morgan, cannot confirm/deny any caller self satisfaction activity, I dont bank CBA, and ringing at 7:00pm at night is unacceptable. Given the number of posts (on this and other numbers) it would appear it is a 'growth industry' and as useful as spray can graffitti. The DNC register is seemingly useless. Crims dont follow rules ........ and keep chnaging phone numbers

Getting calls from this number after 7pm every few days, they wont leave a message. This is a private phone for family only.

Five years ago I did a survey with Roy Morgan Research, at the end I expressly stated NO FURTHER CONTACT and was guaranteed by the person Co ducting the poll that I would never ever be contacted. I have asked them, in every possible way, to stop calling me. I have begged, threatened, spoken to supervisors, asked gently, yelled, and demanded that they cease contacting me. I have been assured repeatedly that they have deleted my contact details from their system entirely, yet still they call... almost always out of business hours, i.e. dinner time.
How are we supposed to believe they are able to collate so much dependable data when they can't even follow a basic request?

Usually these people call with indian accents, can't they get real jobs instead of bottom feeding jobs where they annoy people

They called my tablet - I didn't even know it could be used as a phone! - so I don't know how they got the number in the first place. Let it ring out and they didn't leave a message. I'll block them now after reading these comments. Thanks for the help 😊

It is Roy Morgan doing a survey about a call I made to the Commonwealth Bank during the week. I was happy to comply - feedback helps banks and the like provide a better customer service. If you're ever unhappy about service you get from a company, then this is the forum to voice that complaint.

Said they were doing research for CBA. Asked me if I use an ATM in the last week.
Answered their question and and put number on block list.

They called 5 time in 2 days and so I finally picked up, the guy seemed asking regular questions about CBA ATM deposit. Didn't sound like anything unusual, they didn't ask any private information. Doesn't hurt if you pick up.
