Called the number back, it basically just rang at me a few times and then I got an automated "Good Bye" so obviously a nuisance call.

Have rang me numerous times and don't leave a message and when I did answer they hung up

A**holes called at 8 pm while trying get my autistic child to sleep and hung up when answered

Called 3 times on same day and finally answered on their last try. It’s some electricity company trying to sell you electric.

Telemarketers or scammers..........given that I'm on the Do Not Call Register it's more likely to be a scammer.

A guy with indian accent saying he was calling from utility renewal, a state government agency, and then I hung up as I believed it was telemarketer or similar
