Caller: Something to do with electric bill Call centre - missed the name of their organisation. Begins with the same spiel that I've been getting a lot lately, "Hi, is this [your name]? I'm [whoever] from [whatever] Group and I'd like to talk about your electricity bill today".

Caller: Call Centre Indian man, claiming to be from an energy company. Wanted to tell me that I could get lower prices that were available. I told him I'd phone my provider directly to find out if they were offering anything different and that I didn't want to speak to him about my account.
