Some heavily accented person would not stop talking about electricity prices. Went on and on with no real info on what they do. I had to hang up eventually.

I called back number (03) 8103 8586 reached IVR for Offer Assurance.

Caller: Harry from Offer Assurance.

Offer Assurance - Electricity. When asked if my Electricity provider gave them my number , Harry from Offer Assurance (with English as his second language) tells me they did. Then he back tracks and says they work with many providers and cant tell me where he got my number from. I asked to be removed from his list and he politiely agreed.

continually ring up to harassment. block the number and they ring on another no both mobile and home. not interested. told them to not ring again.

Two unsolicited calls from this number on 11/9-/19 have call monitoring on my phone, so if number is not in my contacts, I have the option of accepting or rejecting the call. Most hang up when asked to announce who they are!

They call, and when you pick up, they hang up (??!!). Then they ring you again later. Pick up again, and they hang up again. What the?
When you return the call, you get a message: "Thank you for calling Offer Assurance". Nuisance call.
