Call originated from Whittlesea, VIC. Upon answering there were a couple of seconds of silence, then I was connected to a call centre (which indicates automated dialling was in place) and a male voice (Indian accent) did not introduce themselves or their purpose, or company they were calling for.
I was busy so I hung up and did not engage further with the caller.
If callers do not make the call themselves and do not introduce themselves properly within the first 5 seconds, I consider as unsolicited telemarketing or scam.
