Why haven't the telco who issued this number Not closed it down

The call sound like Indian lady. Sound similar to another phone (03) 9013 4848. Said call from Telstra try to guide me to solve the problem of my Telstra NBN speed. But total lie! They fxxk stole $1000 from my bank account by hiking. Be careful. That sound fxxking like Indian , Pakistan or whatever...

Some company wanting to fix my energy bills .. but they aren't broken. Enough already!

Annoying keeps calling after business hours and don’t respond when called back had a call yesterday from a similar number that said they were helping people with super I’m guessing same people that call at the same time both numbers have been blocked

Answered an no one on the other end. Scam. Be careful how you answer these calls, the words you use can be taped.
