Said they were from Bupa. Called Bupa on their official line and they said they do not know of this number. Wouldn't recommend giving them any information.

from these comments it's BUPA call centre but,, they rang me after 6pm Vic time and I am not a BUPA customer so I have doubts as to the authenticity of the call.

keeps calling me, called number back was Bupa Customer care however when I called Bupa on the direct 13 number to check if it was a legit number calling me I was advised that this number does not come up as a number of theirs.

I changed from bupa to a different health fund and have been getting 6-8 phone calls a day from different 02 and 03 phone numbers. Assuming it's them spamming me to try to get me to switch back.

He said that he called me from Bupa but asked me to provide my full name and DOB and home address to verify my identity. This is definitely scam caller.

Said they were from BUPA. Asked for my details. When I asked why and what they were calling about, they said ‘Would a scam call have an Australian accent?’ I said ‘Yes’ and hung up.

Calling to follow up a health insurance quote I requested the other day. Did not ask for any personal information - just checking if I had any questions. Legitimate call.

I changed my membership to HBF, received the call said from Bupa and asked me to confirm my details. I refused to disclose and asked why. She said I can’t not tell you until confirmed you are you, I said how do I know you from Bupa, you gonna proof yourself first, then she hang up…

he said from Bupa, but from his accent and the way to speak,, not professional, I dropped this call directly

they call every day ever since my BUPA plan ran out - they also don't leave a voice mail. Definitely do not give your details to this caller - they do not sound legitimate.

Said they were from bupa and asked me to confirm my details. I said you rang me so you must know who I am, they insisted that I confirm my personal details, so I asked the caller for their personal details and they hung up.

Said they were from BUPA and there was something wrong with my account…wanted my details. SCAM ALERT!!!
