Suspected Credit Corp. I am getting 4 - 5 calls a week from different phone numbers (looking up all the numbers, there is a reference to Credit Corp).

While I usually don't answer because they are calling a land line with a private number which isn't used, I said hello (as I thought I could talk some sense into them as I don't have any overdue bills) but they hung up.

Caller: Scammers

Scammers and crooks who want your details (& money!). They pose as (fake) debt collectors. Ignore and block these scum.

this is a pestline...... an idiot answers the phone and insists you tell him "your details" before he tells you why he made the call. i am with optus at the moment and will drop off this company

No message left. Earlier posts seem to confirm pest status.

Keep getting calls from this number will not tell me what company they work for so I hang up and blocked

I answered the call but didn't say anything and they just hung up. I get multiple calls a day from various land lines that do the same. I usually don't answer and they never leave a message.

I missed the call. I rang the number and the id said Hobart. I asked who was calling and what business they work for.
The person said I needed to confirm my name before she could tell me what business she worked for. I hung up because I think it was a scammer.

I called back number (03) 6217 9868 spoke to a guy but did not say for what company.
