I called D&B following the request to call their 1300 number and they didn't have a debt for me. I have since blocked a similar number from Poowong (03) 5610 6280. D&B have changed their name again so they will call saying its Milton Graham, not D&B.

These people try to harass you and call you - ignore them.

They've got absolutely no power - on top of that, they won't even share their office location with you.

called back and there was an answering machine that said office was closed.

I would advise you answer as its a call from the debt collector

Caller: Actual person from Poowong

Call an asked for personal details, name, address and DOB in regards to "Optus account" - asked if they was calling from Optus - they replied said yes. I asked what account number the call was referring to; responded with "account number ending 20.....*disconnect*"
Did not share any details and would recommend no one else do either.

caller id says, call coming from Poowong, Vic. recorded message saying to Urgently call some 1300 number.

I called back the number (03) 5610 6273, rang 3x and got disconnected automatically

Doesn't answer when you ring.I had blocked my number.
