This caller leaves a pre-recorder speel on our answering machine "we will try again or call 03 54448 1500" on four separate occasions.
I see here it's Origin Energy up to marketing crap ..... waist of time!

They call me every day . I don't answer so annoying

I get calls from them regularly too. My landline is redirected to my mobile. So in my contacts I have a name 'MISC' and I list some regular callers there, so when it comes up 'MISC' as the caller I don't answer.

they constantly call and i dont know how to stop them!!!

i am no longer a customer of theirs and since leaving them the calls havent stopped

Have had this number show several times lately. Woke me from my granny nap today and I answered it by mistake. Male form Origin wanting to know if I had natural gas on my property. Not sure what he meant. Said no and hung up.

Energy scam they ring everyday even when you tell them your not interested

They keep flogging gas and I am flogging a dead horse telling them there is none in my street!! Whoever published the 1800 number thanks - I am going to ring it everytime I walk past the phone box out the front. I will make sure it costs them.

I'm sick of these idiots thinking I'm so incapable of choosing who I do business with, that they have to phone me! Try asking for their private numbers when they call and tell them you'll phone at times that are inconvenient to them!!!! In the meantime Origin, ........ well do I need to say it hear?

Just don't answer it. I don't answer any calls unless I know who they are from.

Have some fun with these people. I suggest you try my telemarking technique. So "What are you wearing"? I see..... So can you start by taking off your pants.... (Try a seductive voice) This always works for me wether they are male or female they don't stay on the line too long.

I have disconnected my answering service as I'm sick and tired of getting a recorded message from Origin Energy to ring them back on this number (03) 5448 1500). They even ring at 4 o'clock in the morning. My father has been seriously ill in hospital so when the phone rings at that time in the morning my heart nearly stops and I have to answer the phone just in case. This afternoon the phone rang and I answered it and there was a real person on the other end from Origin wanting to know whether we were connected to natural gas and who our supplier is. She started on her selling spiel and I told her what had been happening and that there was no way I would want my gas with them (if I had another electricity alternative I wouldn't be with Origin at all). She said that it wasn't them as they weren't allowed to do that. I told her that the recorded message gave a phone number that is definitely Origin's. She said she'd let her supervisor know (HA as if that will do any good). Hopefully now they might stop ringing.

Two calls in two days, answered the first one but there was just silence, called again and I missed it. Always during work hours. Very annoying and I wish they would stop
