Automated voice claiming to be Nicole from NBN telling me that they are disconnecting my old service if I don’t do as they say. I’m already on the NBN. Have had 27 missed calls from them in the past 6 hours.

Hung up when my answering machine picked up, no answer when I tried calling back!

Recorded message warning that our internet will be turned off in the next 24 hours because NBN has been connected in our area. Fortunately, the number they dialled is for a business that's had an NBN connection since 2015...

Same number and also 51571586 have been calling but when I don't say hello they hang up. What is their point?

All these calls seem to be coming from 03 prefix.

could you PLEASE block this number (03) 5358 1541 they rang at 5.20pm when we go to say hello they decided to hang up ( saturday)

These parasites have now started calling us on our three landlines several times a day. I did answer one call & it's the usual this is NBN we will cut off your service.
I worked for Telstra & know exactly what this scam is (phishing). I told the Asian woman not to call, she made childish noises so I told her to p... off. She is now waging a vendetta calling us constantly.

Robocall saying that it was a call from NBN and they would disconnect my internet within 24 hours if I don't consult their "technician" by pressing 1.

I pressed 1 and the call diverted to their "technician" who was an Indian guy saying my computer had viruses and if I could sit at my computer so he could walk me through to fix it. This is a well known scam, so I hung it.

I pressed 1 and Tom said they had a record of hackers attacking my computer from China and the Philippines, and did I know anyone from those countries? I asked what that had to do with disconnecting me from the NBN, as the initial recorded message had said. He then asked if I was in front of my computer so he could talk me through how to stop the hackers. I said I would speak to my service provider and asked that they did not call me again … several times. He said they would send me a letter on Monday and my NBN would be disconnected, then hung up!! Same as Anon on June 12. "Nicole from NBN" about to cut off broadband and phone in 24 hour/ Press 1 .... No thanks. One of four calls in same day, other three had the same message.

Caller: damned waste of time NBN scam

I missed the call and called back thinking it was real. they didn't pick up. i did get an nbn scam call earlier so i assume this is another, based on the other comments.

I walked all the way to the other side of the house with a bum knee, had to turn my music down for these scumssholes. here I am listening to music, calming myself and these scumssholes have got me all bothered, again.
