Rang twice then hung up

Spam?

Just received a call from this number but didn't answer. I called them back straight away & got an Indian lady on the other line. I couldn't understand a word she said, but she mentioned a company name with Australia at the end of it....I just hung up on her. Only called the number to see if someone picked up.

These annoying #@$#@ have rang 6 times just today and don't hang about. My initial search on reverse lookup had no results ? but when I typed the number into google it showed up on reverse ?
Anyway, I have blocked the number and will report it to Telstra, for what ever good that will do, and finally just decline the call if you don't know who it is.

I called back number (03) 5317 8606 spoke to a guy but did not say for what company.
