Energy spam. Not legit, have no idea about the energy market in aus. Worthwhile keeping on the line just for fun.

offer assurance is not a registered Australian business and does not
abide to Australian laws. it is a overseas call center that runs other scams

I did not recognise number so did not answer and they didn't leave a message, so assumed it’s not important. I checked here and found great information, thank you everybody and now I know who called me, and will now block

Indian telemarketer trying to sell Electricity and Gas

Energy and Gas retailer.....

This number has called me four times today, & no one was there when I pickup (so I can ask them to take me off their call list). I called them back from a landline and it was about “my gas and electricity bill”
