I got a call from (03) 5294 0567 saying to call them back and if we dont here from you we will issue a warranty for your arrest.
Sounds like they are indian to me.

left automated robotic american accent voice message about being marked as a tax avoider blah blah blah

Spam. Saying something about my account being locked because of tax avoidance and returning unsigned documents that had been sent to my non-existent post office box. Asks to call a really long phone number.
