(Robotic voice) “hello, I am calling on behalf of the ato, the reason I am calling is because a lawsuit has been opened in your name, as soon as you receive this message, you need to call me back on...” (I hung up at this point)

A recorded message saying that a law suit had been filed against me. If I did not call back an arrest warrant would be issued.

Same as above, robotic scam call claiming to be from the ATO

I called back number (03) 5294 0174 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

Left a message on my phone....”the reason I am calling is because a lawsuit has been opened in your name, as soon as you receive this message, you need to call me back on my Department 32940174.

Pre-recorded message saying it is the Tax Department and there is a law suit being filled against me and if I do not return the call an arrest warrant will be issued. SPAM! Number blocked!

This sounds like a scam as a recorded voice told me an action had been taken out against me and that I needed to call them back otherwise it would continue. They never mentioned my name.

A recorded message warning I have not paid my taxes which is untrue.
