no wonder no one answers the phone anymore

Definitely a scam, they claim there is a law suit against me and I must pay immediately so I am not arrested.

Pre-recorded voice from ATO Audit department claiming there is a law suit on my name.

Caller: Automaton voice that sounded nothing like a government department

They called me twice in one day. Possibly because I didn't answer the 2st call. They left a voice message that was obviously fake. How can I get arrested for tax evasion when I don't work? The call originated from somewhere near Mildura, but not in Mildura.

Got a missed call from this number. Recieved a voice message soon after in an automated voice (American accent) stating:

"There is a law suit case that is getting filed under your name. The moment you recieve this message I want you to get back to me on my department division number (03) 5045 3746. Now, if we don't hear from you, we have to issue arrest warrent under your name and get you arrested, so get back to me as soon as possible."

Very obvious Scam call.

Caller: VIOLENT TAX THREATENING SCAMMERS

Today, this mongrel threatened my young Grandaughter with rape...with having him come to her home at midnight to cut her throat etc etc. When her mother took over the call she was likewise violently threatened. The local Police were absolutely NOT interested when contacted by these 2 very frightened women. They didn't even take down any details!! My loved ones then received 3 further calls from this criminal which they took screen shots of (as missed calls.) The missed calls showed Australia's International Code of "61" so they are definitely from overseas. Is this the BEST our Law Enforcement can DO?....especially with the current Terrorist threats to our nation????
