Gave it the consideration it deserved and deleted the message.

Text to voice advising that they were from ATO and that there is a lawsuit using my name. SCAM call.

scam robot call, entertaining bullsh*t. Reminds me again that there are still sociopathic people out there behind these pathetic attempts to live well in this wonderful life. Such terrible self defeating karma. Beats me how they don't realise that their actions come back to haunt them. Even if nobody else knows who they are, they still leave the imprint of their negative actions on their own consciousness. And they don't erase until the person lifts their game in life and starts contributing positive experiences of value back to other people. !!!

Robotic call claimed to represent the ATO, threatening legal action and arrest within 3 days if I didn’t call back Pffffft nice try but my names Willy not silly !

Thank you Zignzag, I've had a terrible day and getting a call from this number saying 'This is the ATO and if you don't reply you're getting arrested due to a lawsuit that was filed against me' did not at all help. Giving it due thought and the fact that I have no reason to have a lawsuit against me it's a scam.

Text to voice message called me saying lawsuit filed under your name. Didn’t say company name of person calling. And said they will have a warrant out for my arrest if I don’t call back.

Robotic voice saying that a lawsuit will be filed against me, asking to get a call back. I deleted the message, it is clearly a scam.

Automated voice "allegedly" from the ATO claiming there's a law suit under my name, and if i don't get back to them they will arrest me.
Come at me, I fight dirty.

Threatened to arrest me if I didn't return their call. Obvious SCAM. Very robotic American accent. Very annoying that they do this to people especially if those people are vunerable.

yes, this call leaves the message to tell there is a legal issue against me, Scam Phone call I think.
