Keeps calling doesn't leave messages, if it's agl who i am with then leave a message otherwise stop calling at all random hours like 9pm and that. Also if it's AGL if we are behind in fully paying the latest bill rest assured we know and don't need a million calls.

AGL engaging in undue-harassment by way of frequency of contact regarding debt. These actions are illegal and do constitute undue-harassment. If you're being harassed by AGL it is recommended that you record all event(s) and report the matter to the police, you should press charges for undue-harassment as AGL act in breach of ACCC guidelines regarding debt collection and frequency of contact.

This number has called me many times, automatic voice asks me to "press 1" regarding important information on my account. Yesterday had a lady call from another number asking me to confirm my identify for AGL. I refused. Called real AGL who tell me that they will never call regarding debt. They will send emails. Not sure if that's true, but I will not reply to any correspondence from these numbers and don't trust them. Anyone asking for me to confirm details will get nothing from me - bad enough they know my name.

Phone blocked the call, no voicemail. If it's AGL, they should probably stop using scam/spam caller tactics and leave a message. 0/10

Every damn day they call. 15 f*cking times today. At the crack of dawn, after 9pm. Wtf?
I don’t know if they’re actually AGL but I’ve nothing outstanding so I have no idea why they’re all over my arse but some poor bastard in their actual office is soon going to be receiving a call the equivalent of a verbal prostate exam by Freddy Krueger.

Automated call from AGL advising of outstanding payment on account. Keypad options put you in the generic queue to speak to an advisor. You are better off hanging up and calling the main line as I find this is a quicker way to get in contact with them

Keeps calling an unlisted number which has been out of use for several years and is on the DNC Register. Rings twice, no message ever.
