I called the number back and recorded message from Optus saying the number was disconnected

Received several calls over last few days. Didn’t answer but when call returned received message “Optus regrets the number you have dialled has been disconnected”. SPAM

I called back number (03) 2701 0866 rang once then goes to busy tone.
