There was a lot of background voices before a male came on the line who claimed to be from the National Bank who asked if I had authorized an international transfer from my account of $836 and some odd cents. I yelled f*** off, gave him a blast from a referees whistle I keep for phone scammers and hung up.

Asked to speak to Mr. ******* who is my father or me, when I asked which one they hung up.

Caller: SCAMMER

SCAM call. (03) 2458 5252 reported on other look-up sites to be scammer pretending to be from National Australia Bank.
BEWARE and just hang up. DO NOT provide ANY information.
I either hang-up half way through phone ringing or let call go through to message bank; SCAMMER never leaves a message.

Caller: Claimed to be from NAB

Caller claimed to be from NAB asking if I had authorised an overseas transaction to a Mr Franklin as they thought it looked suspicious. They wanted my NAB id which I was unable to give them as I don't bank with the NAB

Claimed to be from National Australia Bank, enquiring about whether I had authorised an $800 transaction. When I said I would check my accounts and get back to him he sounded disappointed and I hung up.

Answered no response then heard “Goodbye” and call terminated

He said I am from National Bank Security Dept. Asked if he had solar on his house and could I sell him some panels. He hung up

Didn't answer - just hung up

Didn't leave a message, when called back (mobile not broadcast) OPTUS advises that number (mobile) is interconnected. Reported to DNC Complaints website
