Have had two calls from this number in the past two weeks. I missed it the first time and they left no message. This time I picked up and got some sort of hold music which sounded suspicious so I hung up. Have added to block list!

Same happened to me tonight but it was 12am so I was very worried it was my elderly parents in trouble as I could hear that there was someone on the line but they weren't speaking just banging around!! Very relieved by this service (although I had already rung my parents & woken them up!)

Who ever owns this number needs to rack off and stop wasting their own and other people's time if you wanna be Telstra go work for Telstra don't bother trying to own a company that's not legit.

If you are called by this number don't bother talking to them they are only trying to steel money from you because they think they can fool people and would rather be down for fraud then get a real job!

Just got a call from this number, answered, said hello, no reply. Stayed on the line for 30 seconds and wrote the number down to Google it. No noise from other side, and after reading this thread I'm glad nobody said anything on the other line.

What's the point being on the list to block calls from telemarketers they just ignore your privacy concerns .... So annoying .... It's a telemarketer call centre ... They don't block the number so firm is legit but don't give them access to your info .... Always be careful of your identity

Got a call from this number this afternoon claiming to be from Telstra and started asking for my account details, I hung up immediately. I paid my bill on time and have no other account with them apart from my mobile.

So far I've had 2 calls from this number. Once on the 11/06 and one today 20/06. I'm sure if it was important, they would leave a msg. I won't answer unless I know the number or i'm expecting a call

Telsta. I wouldn't have answered if I wasn't waiting for a call from them. I spoke to a very polite lady who wanted to make sure my details were up to date. She quoted my details to me first, then I confirmed if they were correct (yes or no answer); I didn't give her any details other than DOB. She also wanted to make sure I'm happy with my plans.
It seemed genuine to me. Asking for a DOB is pretty standard as an identity check from these types of companies, so it doesn't worry me. She quoted my name, address and all the details of my plan, so if by any chance it turns out to be a scam, they already have a lot of information on you.

I'm hoping that after speaking with them, they will stop calling me all the time!! And I can get that call I have been waiting for instead.

Nasty annoying Spammers

getting calls with just silence for 2 seconds and hang up, recall them back and you get people saying it was telstra calling you recently to sell products

I answered this and after a 2 sec pause they just hung up on me. I am not bothering to call back.

I get these calls all the time too. I cannot always answer and now I wont answer them either. So sick of them.

This number is Vita (Telstras Largest Business partner) they would have been calling you to go through your account and do an account review
