Indian-sounding lady who claimed to be from Telstra. Tried to tell me that I couldn't use my internet for the next 15 days because I had viruses - offered to show me how to fix it, so for the fun of it I went along with her request to sit at the computer and follow her instructions. When I told her that the "windows" key wasn't (and indeed, isn't) where she thought it was on my particular brand of computer, she became very annoyed and told me to stop wasting her time! What about all the times she's phoned me and wasted mine? I recognised the voice from a previous call and she was very rude that time too. Obviously a scam, because I'm not a Telstra customer, so just hang up. I also rang the local phone number and it does belong to a local business, so I feel sorry for them because their phone number is obviously being used dishonestly and they are getting the blame for this rubbish.

I am getting few phone call s and saying calling from Telstra, I am having problem in my computer and internet connection. How can I stop these calls. Sometimes when I answer they don't speak.

Telstra my %#%**. Said I wasn’t owner and call back later they still asked me to to go connect to the computer. Panicked when said I’d have call traced!

This number is calling several times a day. Caller ID means I dont answer. I agree with others who comment about how come when we are on "do not call" register. I am also fed up with these scammers being able to relay overseas number to an Aus number . How come?

They keep calling then hang up or speak and I can't understand what they say and when I ask them to repeat themselves as I can't understand what they are saying... " They then hang up!" How RUDE...
