Caller: A male with South Asian accent claiming to be from Fedex

Person with a South Asian accent who addressed me by my name and said they were from FedEx.

I knew it was a scam and terminated the call immediately.

Checked here while it was ringing, didn't answer the phone!

Scam Call - Safe to block

Caller: Person said they were from FedEx, and addressed me by my name.
I thought they were fishing for business, or that they were about to survey me. I was keen to shut down the conversation as was under the pump. I said that yes we were FedEx customers, and were happy with their business/had nothing to report. They hung up. On searching the ph number, I found these other reports, appears it may be a call back scam (where the scammer gets $ when you call back). A tiny regret I didn't try and get more info at the time of the call (from them).

called said it was Fed Ex, saying my account with them is expiring and offering me a shipping deal for my business. Scam for sure, as my business has never used Fed Ex or any shipping company

Caller: They said it was ‘Fed Ex’

They called my brother-in-law and asked for me about a delivery. We live in different states of Oz so I have no idea how they put the name and number together. I rand it back(with my ID blocked) and the message said it was an ‘unallocated number’ in an American accent

I called back, got a message saying "the number you have called is temporarily unavailable, please try again later".. must be one of those scammers?

I called back number (02) 9844 1300 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.
