Ringing and hanging up when I answer, or when phone goes to answer machine, they do not leave a message

Looks like September 2020 is the month for this dodgy number. I just missed the call, called back within 10 seconds and was told that "the number you called is not connected".

Caller: Fake Telstra Sub Continent accents say they're from Telstra and that you are having problems with your Internet. Being a computer guy I love to play along and they just hangup gutless but not surprising considering the country they represent and our Government is just as weak for allowing it. Our Law enforcement threatens with the Feds if you look at Porn, Al Qaeda or Covid-19 differences of opinion yet choose to do nothing about this. It is so f...... Annoying.

Female with Indian accent saying she was from Telstra calling to tell me that my internet would be cut off in 2 hours. Most of what else she said was unintelligible. Another scam.

Caller: 'Telstra Corporation' Yet another call from 'the Telstra Corporation'. Young Asian female with call centre noise in background. Cut her short before she could launch into 'your internet connection has been compromised' and suggested they find another scam as this one has become really, really boring!
