i got a voicemail saying its from a correctional facility

It was a Sydney jail

This landline telephone number has attempted to contact me >10 times (since 24 December 2019).
I do not recognise the number so I do not answer it.
I do call the number back, whereby a female computerised voice states: "That is not an authorised incoming number." (The call is then promptly disconnected)
I would say that on the balance of probabilities the telephone number belongs to the New South Wales Department of Corrections (I am unsure as to the exact location of the gaol using this contact number). I could surmise that it is a call from a gaol confirming that I acceptmtvnb
