Telstra confirmed it was not them. Even though the person had the fault number and knew all the problems I had. Telstra are terrible at customer service

I called back number (02) 9459 8000 reached IVR for Telstra.

keep getting phoned by this number, sometimes a strong accented person that wants details I will not divulge or other times just hangs up. I reported to telstra over a week ago & no response.
