It seems that Dlook has dropped the price. The current price for one year is $550 and the service is only to put your website on their landing page. The landing page service is free for most of the famous directory, like gumtree and truelocal. So I have to say Dlook is a new kind of scam especially to someone who knows nothing about google ad. The sales team (cold call) will keep calling you every day and since their number is not shown, you cannot even block them. Also the sales team keeps saying that they are helping you and the price is very attractive. So don't be confused by them and beware.

I have had the same problem they won't cancel after I realised I am not getting what they initially told me in the sales pitch. And they told me it was a one time only price. It is the same price listed on there website. Don't buy in to the sales pressure, I am still yet to receive anything from them.
