Caller: Booking.com As a host I have stipulated all contact with me is to be via email... Booking.com routinely violate this and breach my privacy with relentless calls. They never leave voice mail. none of them speak sound english, so I will not waste time attempting to understand them on calls and furthermore, because they lie and make errors in decisions, it is crucial to have all in writing. BLOCK their number and ignore them

Caller: Booking.com Booking.com always call you when they want something from you, but whenever you try to contact them because you want something they are completely useless. Routinely ignore messages and every time you contact them you have to start all over again as if it was a new enquiry. Never had such bad service from a company, and that is saying something as this includes the likes of Jetstar. When you are worse than Jetstar you know you have really hit the bottom
