Telstra. They called to test my phone while talking on their 24/7 chat online.

Yes. Had the same experience as all of the above. I was unable to answer it so they called on the landline. I returned the call for the doggy music. I did receive my last Telstra bill by email, and it would only show the first page, but with a 'click here' option to view the full bill. It took me to the log in site. I logged in and there was no information re my bill. message read "No Data Available" I hope this one off strange payment option is not a scam as well?

Just got a voice mail message from this number. Silence and then they hang up. They called at 5.02pm on Saturday afternoon. I'm registered on the DoNotCall register and I still get calls from these telemarketers. You would think they would work out that if I wanted to talk to them or buy something off them then I would have called them instead.....

Irritating calls. It may be Telstra but given the appalling English who knows?

2 calls and a text claiming to be giving me a $174 ARO refund. Possible scam.

Telstra following up on whether my voicemail set up issue was resolved. I couldn't get off the phone with the lady. She kept asking if I was happy with her assistance and then asked me to do a phone survey with the same 3 questions. I've done everything and tonight I got a third follow up call at 7pm.

Same thing is happening here: frequent calls (which I don't answer). When I tried calling the number you get some silly music. I wonder what their game is. Could it be they get paid for the time you are on the phone with them?

Called twice today. I answered both times and the man on the phone asked for two different people each time. He claimed to be Telstra following up on a customer billing complaint. He said that my number was linked to a different person and asked me for my details.
