Motor vehicle "accident" scammer

These people are motor vehicle accident scammers. If you don't play along with it they become abusive.

We haven't had a car accident! Obviously a scammer. I'm afraid I was rather abusive, told her to get a real job and to f^*+ off.

Yep, we've had them call as well. Last one was yesterday. He said his name was John, but he had a funny accent. I try and keep them on the line as long as I can, so I asked him about the details. He ended up hanging up.
He spoke englich quite well, however my first name is Chris. He kept calling me "C". I assume he only had my first initial, then my mobile number. He also calls us on our landline. Just waste their time and laugh at themI have lodged on to the Federal "Do not Call Register" but they still call.

I was google image searching Jonah Hill and this call interrupted it. Not happy.

Received 2 calls from this number now, one on 27th June the other today 13th July. On both occasions I cut them off after telling them they were scammers but this 2nd call was from a scouse woman who tried to get abusive.

Just had a missed called from them...didn't answer because I didn't know the number.

Motor Vehicle Claim (Scam call) Hani

Had a call on the 8th and today. Both from a scottish/north of england guy. Was friendly but told me he was taking my number off the database on the 8th, obviously they didn't. Basically just said I know this is a scam please stop calling and he said it wasn't a scam bullsh*t. Let's see if they take the number off the database this time.

I just had call from this number, didn't say a word and hung up..

I had a few calls from them too, but told them wrong number. Blocked.

Calling from Sydney....I live in Perth!!
His exact words were"We have been informed that you reported a traffic incident to the police in the last 2 years......."
If that's the case, are they using the police database, because that sounds as if they are!
He got very abusive, especially when I told him that if he was using the police database, that is in breach of numerous laws and data protection!

He hung up!!!!!!!

They email me and now are calling me on my mobile, about a speeding fine in Victoria, never been there,

Definitely a scam, and they do get abusive about it when you call em on it.

Just had a call from this number! they didn't say a word and then just hung up it was weird....
