Pretending to be Commonwealth bank about a flagged transaction. Call starts with same options as combank does. Scam

Claim to be coming to "my area" to do solar consultation and knows my name, home address and claim that my information is publicly available. Guy with lots of background call centre noise says he is from Solar Tech Australia then hangs up when I asked more about my information they obtained.

Received net code from a number.
Yeah seeking authorisation for a $900 transaction that didn't exist.
Prompting that if you did not start this then call this number.
