I think this number is related to a scam.
Someone named Johnathan from a company called Contact One called me from (02) 9188 3649.
He called me initially for a post code satisfaction survey and then called me a few weeks later regarding a 48% federal tax rebate. The guy was quite pushy and tried to get some financial information out of me and to arrange for a financial consultant to come to my home and explain which part of the tax rebate applies to me. I did a bit of googling found this scenario as a scam on the ATO's website. I blocked the number and he called me again from 04512690350.

A guy just rang me from this number pushing for an appointment on some new government incentive where we wouldn't have to pay as much tax. I was silly enough to give him by mobile number. After discussing with my husband we think it is a scam. I tried to ring the number back and they said the office was closed and I could leave a message because the message bank was full. Please hang up on them

Have had them call 5 times in last 3 days asking for my husband saying he did a survey & saying it's to do with the federal tax rebate,I have Blocked the number :)

Had the same issue as all of the above claimed it was a postcode survey then a follow up call done claiming they were doing it on behalf of the government to explain a tax concession that had been around for 25 years when quizzed on why an accountant wouldn't provide this information got even more pushy and tried to bombard with information that didn't make sense, became rude and tried to treat me like I was stupid. Kept claiming it was a tax concession that would reduce overall tax paid and that I needed to have a 1 hour appt with a consultant to get info. When asked for websites to research it told it was a 617 page document and wouldn't provide where I could get it from.

Scam. So called postcode survey.

This number followed up a previous call that had claimed to do a 'postcode survey'. This number just wants to push 'financial advice' after they establish you are eligible for a 'tax concession'. Abusive when called out for being dodgy.
