No scammers, just offering the same services as the rest (if anything slightly more polite then what I am used too).
All these people saying 'scammers' obviously have no idea what a scammer is, they are just a business that is doing cold calls to drum up business, happily requested to have me name taken off the list with no objections, guy had a slight accent but was a uni student here in Aus.

After reading the comments I can say you have a lot of upset and racist people making assumptions that are completely unwarranted...

My wife and I went to visit Infinity Group Australia at Bella Vista offering a 7” tablet ($30 approx) promoting building wealth. Infinity is part of a group of QLD developers. The session resulted in an home visit where they reviewed our financial situation and suitability as an investors. From the home visit we agreed to attend a final session in their office. At this we were asked to invest in a property in Rockhampton, Queensland. This including more number crunching/more promotion re the property and security for retirement, highlighting any superannuation issues etc.
It started with a finance company providing the investment figures and projected costs, rent, capital gains etc. It was high pressure selling try to get us to sign up on the day to the investment property. It included a 7 day cooling off period if we did not want to go ahead. However they attempted to obtain a $1545 deposit and get signatures to start the investment processes, We were advised that we may not get some of the deposit back if we pulled out during the cool off period.
We then spoke to Graeme Holm . He took us through how conduct research and purchase high potential/growth property (with a potential to get about 7% capital growth) and high supply/demand. We were advised of the location/land and house offer. My wife and I ultimately left without signing advising we wanted to conduct Due Diligence on the Offer and Company. I have to say on the surface the offer and the way it was presented seemed pretty good with little work for the investor??

The location was in Rockhampton or if we wanted Yapoon QLD. The block offered was about 5 minutes from the beach, land =670 sq m, House = 167 sq m – 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 car enclosed garage, outdoor patio/alfresco. House is cyclone specked has all chattels fitted, tiled, carpeted and painted, landscaped all ready and designed to attract and move in tenants. The house/land was 390K all up approx. The land was $164k, the house 226k. The total loan quoted was $414000.

The difference included add–ons for land stamp duty, a one of finance fee -6K to setup loan, paperwork re property management, insurance, deprecation doc, tax variations etc. 7.4K to cover insurance, agent commissions, letting fee, rates, any maintenance, pest control, independent Post settlement inspection, Real Estate Property management fees. Plus funds to cover payments whilst house being built and rented.

Infinity Group Australia seem to target investors who have paid their principle residence off (or have the funds) to invest in a property with a QLD developer. They minimise investor involvement in the setup of loans, tax adjustments, legal work, Conveyancing, managing tenants, insurance etc with little initial out of pocket outlay for the investor –all covered by the loan and any security (about 20% of the loan) which is generally covered by or via loan over part of a part of the principal residence.

The Income- The rent quoted was based on minimum of $420 pw (rented for 48 weeks pa). After tax reductions-variations, rental income and other expenses the initial per week out pocket to me was quoted as $68 pw. Reducing to nil after 3 years. They calculated the loan would paid off in 8 years via an offset account and the funds I had going into it.

We called a local agent and have found out that the properties are worth $280,000 MAX and the rent is only $280 a week. Do you research everyon

    Haunted by a 14-year nightmare

Craig and Jane went Graeme Holm scam and Rebecca Walker Rip off at Infinity group Australia Bella vista scam Rip Office at Bella. It’s , they expected to walk away with a few tips on maximising their savings nest egg for when it came time to eventually leave the workforce.Call ASIC NOW!!

Instead, they fell victims to a common con by Graeme Holm scam and Rebecca Walker Rip off at Infinity group Australia Bella vista scam Rip Off that cost them a small fortune for more than a decade.

Back then, the Bella Vista couple were nearing 50, had some equity in their family home and were keen to ensure they maintained a comfortable lifestyle in their retirement years.

"The intonations by Graeme Holm gave some really frightening scenarios of what was needed for a retirement anywhere like the life we were living, which was hardly extravagant," Jane recalls.

Concerned, they agreed to a no obligation financial consultation a few days later. There, they were told about property investment opportunities that would cost $50 a week to maintain and help provide for their twilight years.

Jane and Craig travelled to the Brendale and were whisked to a number of apartments. To say they felt pressured would be an understatement, she says.

"The whole scene was presented with increasing levels of urgency. Our minder was a little miffed that we wouldn't sign (a contract) immediately."

While discussing their options back at the hotel, they flicked open the newspaper that was in their room. The property section was missing, which they later realised was no accident.

If there had been an easy way of comparing local property prices - given this was pre-internet listings - they might've seen the massive gap between what local agents were fetching and what they were being asked to pay.

The next morning, they met with the company's investment adviser. They liked one of the holiday apartments and it came with a one-year rent guarantee, so they agreed to purchase it.

"Coincidently, a solicitor just happened to be working in an office upstairs on the Sunday morning and prepared the contract for us to sign. We really had no idea just how badly we'd been bitten at first."

A few years later, a bank valuation of the unit came in at $285,000 - well below the inflated $335,000 purchase price they'd paid. Soon after, management costs and commissions began to spiral out of control. They'd bought a lemon.

They weren't alone. Dozens of interstate investors had been sold overpriced properties by the same dodgy outfit.Call ASIC NOW!!

Jane and Craig are about to join a class action lawsuit to recoup their losses.

Instead of contributing to their retirement, that apartment gouged about $12,000 per year from their savings.

"As a result, I'm still working at nearly 67 years of age," she says.

"We were just an honest, perhaps financially nave couple from a the mortgage belt in Sydney taken advantage of by a conman Graeme Holm scam and Rebecca Walker Rip off at Infinity group Australia Bella vista scam Rip Off . Hardly sophisticated investors. We wanted to be independent and not a drain on the community."

"Graeme Holm scam and Rebecca Walker Rip off at Infinity group Australia Bella vista scam Rip Off will tell you about education, building your personal wealth and how to find so-called 'safe' properties. The invitation will be personal and understated, so as to not raise any alarm bells when you get it. The words 'no obligation' will also find their way in there, no doubt."

At the appointment Graeme Holm scam and Rebecca Walker Rip off at Infinity group Australia Bella vista scam Rip Off will
Tell you about , students' or clients who have experienced great success and are willing to provide glowing testimonials. They're likely to be actual investors, but ones who haven't yet realised they've been stung.Call ASIC NOW!!

A number of extra incentives are usually included, like rent guarantees and discounts for buying off the plan. All might not be what it seems though.

The cost of providing these bonuses has probably been tacked on top of the purchase price of the property.

Other warning signs include the promise of learning "secret and exclusive techniques", insider tips about so called risk-free investments or offers of unofficial loans or finance arrangements to cover the cost of the property. Call ASIC NOW!!

Scam bait could also come in the form of emails from reputable-looking clubs or marketing outfits, glossy junk mail or telemarketing calls. "These cons are hard to spot,. "The operators present lots of impressive research about the area where the investment's located and claim to have negotiated a great deal with the developer.

"There are thousands of poor people who are taken for a ride every year." Take the story of another victim of Graeme Holm scam and Rebecca Walker Rip off at Infinity group Australia Bella vista scam Rip Off victim: an investor who bought a House and Land Package in Gracemere through Graeme Holm scam and Rebecca Walker Rip off at Infinity group Australia Bella vista scam Rip Off . He paid $395,000 for the property in 2015 and it was rented as full time. When he realised he had been duped he got it appraised for $265,000. Graeme Ripped Him off,

"He was 50 years old at the time and looking to set himself up for retirement, and now it looks like he'll have to rent for the rest of his life."

Almost any investor could be susceptible, but many spruikers target working families looking to kick-start their investment portfolios, as well as people 45-plus starting to think about their retirement years. Infinity investments rip off and Graeme Holm scam from Infinity Investments Rip Off ripped off my family by selling them an overpriced Queensland property.
There are bad apples in every bunch, and Infinity investments rip off and Graeme Holm scam are bad apples.
Unfortunately, the property sector is largely unregulated when it comes to fraudulent “aficionados” because a licence isn’t required in order to describe yourself as an “expert”. Infinity investments rip off and Graeme Holm scam call themselves people that can help you.
So, it’s up to you to spot the Real Deal from those who are only in it to line their own pockets like Infinity investments rip off and Graeme Holm scam
Infinity investments rip off and Graeme Holm scam
But how do you know who can walk the walk, and who’s just talking the talk?
Spotting the deception at play…The main goal of a property spruiker like Infinity investments rip off and Graeme Holm scam is to profit. If this means he gains money at your expense, so be it.
Infinity investments rip off and Graeme Holm scam does this in a growing number of ways, ranging from the blatantly obvious to the downright sneaky, and his ploy can often start with something as simple as a phone call or a Facebook message.
Infinity investments rip off and Graeme Holm scam usually offers a tablet or another “free” gift that entices them to come to your home. Infinity investments rip off and Graeme Holm scam promises to teach you how to become wealthy quickly, or he might offer a follow up visit at his lavish offices at Bella Vista with one of his “expert consultants” to discuss the benefits of investing, but whatever their approach, it’ll likely sound too good to be true.
The aim is just to pull you in with intrigue and the promise of big money, and unfortunately for many unaware Australians, it works.
If you’ve been approached by Infinity investments rip off and Graeme Holm scampeddling something similar to the above, put on your detective cap and get sleuthing.
Google his name and the his company.
Check out his website (and if everyone has no qualifications or are washed up footballers - RUN FOR YOUR LIFE ), look at their Facebook and other social media pages, and listen to your instincts.
If a Google search ties their name to previous scams or bad reports, take that as a definite sign of shiftiness and cease all contact with them.
Some more “red flags” to be aware of are:
    * Someone who has a stock list of properties to sell you.
    * Anyone who offers “advice” before they have found out all about you, your needs, your plans, your risk profile;
    * Feeling pressured to rush into saying yes quickly to whatever it is they’re offering, whether it’s deciding to sign up with his company to gain advice and any other sales tactics.
    * Any suggestion that their scheme is approved by a government sector like the Australian Tax Office or Australian Securities and Investments Commission (if you’re told this, a simple phone call to that sector can help you confirm whether it’s true or not, and if it’s not they will be able to provide sound advice as to how you can deal with the spruiker).
    * Infinity investments rip off and Graeme Holm scam also “helps” you by paying fees by way of a personal loan or credit allowance.
    * Sidestepping or refusing to clarify any questions or concerns you might have (because an unwillingness to be helpful or transparent just screams dishonesty) is another system of the Scamster RIP OFF MERCHANT Infinity investments rip off and Graeme Holm scam
    * Downplaying the risks and related costs that are involved in property investing, and/or an inability to substantiate their claims of profit and success.
    The Real Deal
Luckily, there are a range of property advisors in Australia who genuinely can help you get ahead financially by providing sound and reputable advice but certainly not Infinity investments rip off and Graeme Holm scam. He is a scamster and a RIP OFF ARTIST THAT SCAMS PEOPLE INTO BUYING QUEENSLAND INVESTMENT PROPERTY.
You don’t need a licence to be a property advisor in Australia, Infinity investments rip off and Graeme Holm scam doesn’t have any creditable licence or membership.
He ruins people’s lives and works with VOW FINANCIAL AND MYPLANNER that help him with his scam.
Any advisor worth their salt should be willing to show you industry memberships or certification of skills if you need your fears assuaged, so don’t be afraid to ask questions.
A professional property investment advisor should be clear and concise when explaining the ins and outs of investing to you, and they should be happy to answer any questions you have to ensure you completely understand everything.
An advisor’s goal should be to assist you in matching their investment plan to your risk profile, to help you avoid getting into a financial situation you’re unable to deal with, and they categorically won’t be trying to push you into a Queensland investment property that is overpriced into an area that is set to be a landlord slum. Your getting ripped off by Infinity investments rip off and Graeme Holm scam.
Infinity investments rip off and Graeme Holm scam is a property spruiker that wants to take your money and RIP OFF your family.
